In order for your request to be processed quicker, we need you to go through the follwing steps:

- Step 1: Update your profile.

- Step 2: Sign on a partner platform using our link, and declare your inscription

- Step 3: Wait for your validation email in "My Profile"

- Step 4: Start to play and earn PPs, and let us know by email when you have fullfiled the necessary playing requirements.

- Step 5: Order your item

Taking you through the steps.

• Step 1 (Updating your profile)

Here, you need to communicate us your shipping and contact information. These will not never be communicated to a third-party other than the shipper.

• Shipping adress (make sure that the country and zip code informations are correct)
• Phone number (in case we need to reach you with regards to your order)
• Skype (in case we need to reach you with regards to your order

Also please check that we still have the correct email for you!

• Step 2 (registering on a partner platform)
  

Please choose a partner platform in our list, and download the sofware using the links provided by Gambling-Academy. Do not use a bonus code other than the ones given by Gambling-Academy. You will then need to open a real money account, even if you do not need to credit it at this point.

Warning: we recommend that you erase your broswer's cookies before you download the partner's software. Also please note that the FreeShop should not be used to open an account on a room on which you already have one. Similarly, if the partner sofware was already present on your computer before you used our link, we will not be able to credit your PP account.

After you have downloaded the platform, you need to open an account thepoker room. It is important that you write down your identifier, to allow us to reconcile your inscription and your PP account.

- For Mansion and FullTilt your identifier will be your screenname
- For Bodog your identifier will be your account number (a 7-digit number)
- For CDpoker your identifier will be your account number: an 8-digit number with the prefix CPR
- For Everest, Chili, Pokerroom, Pacific and Winamax, your identifier will be your login

Once you are done, click on "Notification of registration" (2)

To notify us of your registration, make sure you are registered on the website, as this will pre-fill the notification form for you, using the informations from your profile page.

You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. This mail will be sent on the email adress given on your Profile page, within 5 minutes. If you have not received the mail, check your Spam folder. If you still haven't received anything, send a mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , specifying your Gambling-Academy username, the Partner Room's name, and your identfier on that Room.

Keep this mail, you will need it to get your Poker Points!

• Step 3 (following up on your account)
  

To follow up on your order, use the "FreeShop" tab in "Your Profile". You will see your order status in opposite the name of the Partner Platform.

It means we are in the process of checking with the Partner Room that they correctly registered that you downloaded the platform from Gambling-Academy.

>> Account non affiliated

This means a problem occured at some point. It could be that:

• you already had an account on the Partner Poker Room
• you used an external bonus code when registering
• the partner software had already been downloaded on your machine
• some cookies overwrote the link from Gambling-Academy

If this is the case, there is no much we can do for you, and you will have to choose another Partner Platform.

Everything is fine, and you just need to reach the minimum playing requirements from the Partner Room, playing either cash games or tournaments in real money. At this point you can deposit on the room, as you are affiliated.

• Step 4 (get your PPs)
  

Once you have reached the minimum playing requirements, send us back our previous confirmation email. Do not forget to mention you have reached the minimum Playing Requirements. We will check that information with our Partner, and give you your PPs. Your account status will show Validated, credited XXX PPs.

You can now choose your item of choice, or keep your PPs if you want to spend more later on a larger item. There is no time limit on the validity of your PPs.

Note that we are dependent on our partners to validate your PPs. While this is normally a 2-days process, some of them have taken up to ten days to come back to us.

• Step 5 (choosing your item)
  

Go on page "FreeShop items"

Once you have chosen your item, you will get a validation mail, and your profile will be updated within 2 business days. The shipping date will be shown on Your Profile.
